Kelly called me with a referral from anther grieving mother. She said they met and became friends under the unfortunate circumstances of loss. She was hoping to get her cremation tattoo on her late son’s birthday who passed 2 years ago.
I asked her what her son’s name is, and then she choked up “no one has asked me that in 2 years” and with that our bond was formed.
Kelly wanted to get their astrology symbols intertwined (Taurus & Leo). The blue and red stars represent their birth stones, in the middle where they meet. (The other tattoo on her arm is from another artist)
The transformation I witnessed in Kelly from the moment she walked in to when she left was remarkable. I recently saw Kelly’s friend who spoke of the same transformation, and that is something worth celebrating.
We both know the exact moment, during her session with that universal ah ha moment, which made us both laugh and cry. We embraced and witnessed that lovely shit together.
Kelly, that one stuck with me, and I’m so glad it stuck with you too.
Much love to you and thank you.
Side note from Kelly after she got her tattoo ““I have to share this with you: i received a package from Shein today…. one of the little baggies had zodiac charms…. when I opened the bag, 2 flew out. Guess which ones? mine and Jack’s ♥️. Talk about a sign ! Guess he loves the tattoo!!, ♥️”
